SCOUTER OF THE YEAR AWARD NOMINATION

 

General Information:

F      The Scouter of the Year Award is awarded by the District Committee to registered Scout leaders that have rendered noteworthy service at the unit level.  Please take into consideration the person’s attitude toward Scouting, cooperation with the unit and its activities, and support of boys in Scouting.

F      Nominations may be submitted by an individual at the unit level or by the unit committee. 

F      Nominations are not restricted to the unit making the nomination – you may submit the name(s) of people in other units that you believe should be recognized for their work in Scouting at the unit level.

F      Each unit may submit more than one nomination.

F      The award is confidential.  To avoid any disappointment, please do not advise your nominee in any way of your nomination.

F      Awards will be determined by the District Committee in the fairest possible manner.

F      Please complete all sections of the nomination form.  Please PRINT or TYPE.

F      Names will be printed on award exactly as printed on the nomination form – please spell correctly!
