     1.  Finance Committee – Dann Greenwood

                A.  New help needed – Rick has decided not to serve anymore

                B.   President McCallum’s resident

                C.   30% chance of rain – may have to move it into the rec. center if it rains

                D.   Thrivent is a corporate sponsor – planning on 200 or so people there

     3.  Popcorn -  Richard Benz volunteered again this year

     4.  Membership – Bill Anderson

                A.   Learning for Life = out of traditional membership report, Explorer = In report

     5.  Training – Bill Anderson

                A.   New Leader Training – September 7^th   

                B.   No adult training

     6.  Fall Camporee – Darryl Wehner – September 19^th – 21^st. 

                A.   Buckskinners

                B.   Hugh Glass story at campfire

                C.   Camporee will have pot luck on Saturday night – each troop brings side dish etc.

                                i.   Perhaps hog roast from Cloverdale

                D.   Desert judging and cookoff

                E.   Pioneering station

                F.   Outpost program with canoes if not windy…otherwise hiking

                G.  Rifle and BB Gun shooting

                H.  Archery

                I.   We need to use the facilities more at Heart Butte – promotion is needed for other units

Activities and Civic Service – Christie Chernich – nothing to report – 7:30

            A.  New Cub Fun Day – September 27^th – Patterson Lake

Order of the Arrow – Leo via Darryl Wehner – 7:32

            A.  Nothing to report as of yet – Leo still traveling around country

            B.  Does plan to get the program started up again

            C.  Venturing and OA may have a combined activity planned in October

            D.  Issues discussed regarding the payment of dues – Rich Benz
